Terms and Conditions for Suuqa
Effective Date: July 23, 2025
By using the Suuqa mobile application ("Suuqa," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Suuqa is an e-commerce platform that allows you to browse, purchase, and track products from various sellers. To use the app, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
- Provide accurate name, phone number, and address for account creation and order processing.
- Accept these Terms and Conditions before proceeding with any order.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password).
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and order placement.
- Not sharing your account with others or engaging in fraudulent activities.
3. Order Placement
- Orders are subject to availability and seller confirmation.
- You must select a valid delivery address, date, and time, and choose a payment method (e.g., Cash on Delivery, PayPal, PhonePe).
- Suuqa is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.
4. Payments
Payments can be made via methods listed in the app (e.g., Cash on Delivery, online payments). For bank transfers, you must upload a payment receipt for verification. Orders will not proceed until funds are confirmed in our account.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions.
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Provide false information.
6. Limitation of Liability
Suuqa is not liable for:
- Errors in product descriptions or availability provided by sellers.
- Delays or damages caused by courier agencies.
- Losses due to unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted within the Suuqa app and on our website at https://suuqa.com/terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Account Deletion
Suuqa respects your privacy and provides options to delete your account and associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly within the Suuqa mobile app:
- Open the Suuqa app on your Android device.
- Log in using your phone number and username (and password, if set).
- Navigate to My Profile in the app menu.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm by selecting Yes when prompted.
- You will receive a confirmation that your account deletion request has been processed.
Alternatively, if you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:

- Include: Your registered phone number and username.
- Response Time: Within 48 hours.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon deletion, the following data associated with your account will be permanently removed:
- Personal Information: Phone number, username, password (if provided).
- Financial Information: Purchase history, payment details (e.g., credit card information, if stored).
- App Activity: In-app search history, user interactions (e.g., clicks, page views).
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes:
- Anonymized Analytics: Non-identifiable data (e.g., crash logs, usage statistics) used to improve Suuqa’s performance.
- Transaction Records: Purchase records required for tax or legal compliance, retained for up to 7 years (anonymized where possible).
Retention Period
- Deleted Data: Personal and financial data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
- Retained Data: Transaction records are kept for up to 7 years per applicable tax laws. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely but cannot be linked to your identity.
