Shipping Policy for Suuqa

This Shipping Policy outlines the process for delivering orders placed through
the Suuqa mobile application.
1 Delivery Options
Suuqa offers the following delivery options:
• Door Step Delivery: Products are delivered to the address provided during
checkout.
• Pickup from Store: Select products can be picked up directly from the seller’s
store, subject to availability.
2 Shipping Process
• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, it is sent to the seller for processing.
• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on the seller, product availability,
and your location. Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout.
• Tracking: You can track your order using the “Track Order” feature in the app,
which provides the courier agency and tracking ID.
3 Delivery Charges
• Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.
• Some orders may qualify for free delivery, as indicated in the app (e.g., for
select cities or promotional offers).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur additional charges, as specified during checkout.
4 Responsibilities
• Your Responsibility: Provide accurate delivery address, city, area, and pincode. Incorrect information may result in delays or non-delivery.
• Our Responsibility: Coordinate with sellers and courier agencies to ensure
timely delivery, subject to availability and external factors (e.g., weather, logistics issues).
5 Non-Deliverable Areas
Some areas may be marked as “Not Deliverable” due to logistical constraints.
You will be notified during checkout if your address falls in such an area.
