Return Policy for Suuqa


Effective Date: July 23, 2025


This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return products
purchased through the Suuqa mobile application.


1 Return Eligibility


Most products purchased on Suuqa are returnable, except for mobile phones,
which are non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, the product must:
• Be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
• Be returned within the return period specified by the seller (typically 7–14 days
from delivery, as indicated in the app).
• Not be a mobile phone, as these are explicitly excluded from returns.


2 Return Process


To initiate a return:
• Go to the “Order Details” section in the Suuqa app and select “Return Order.”
• Provide a reason for the return and, if required, attach images or additional
details.
• The seller will review your request. If approved, you will receive instructions
for returning the product.


3 Refund Process


• Once the returned product is received and verified by the seller, a refund will
be processed to your original payment method or wallet balance (if applicable).
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on the payment
method.


4 Non-Returnable Items


Mobile phones are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Other nonreturnable items may include products marked as “Non-Returnable” in the app
or those damaged due to misuse.


5 Cancellation


Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel, go to the “Order
Details” section and select “Cancel Order.” If the order has already been shipped,
you must follow the return process.
